Message	I guess I should've added that this won't be happening until next spring ('08). I am already in the process of buying a 4-family property (which I will be living in) for late spring. The seller has notified me he is selling, we have already discussed the price and things are looking good. Regardless of whether or not that goes through, I will be purchasing some type of owner occupied investment property within 6 months. Also, the $18k I am speaking of is not cash at hand or else it would already be in an IRA or similar account. I am just saying that I am making more than enough income to support a car payment, and I think I would like a nice car to show up in. Again, the G35 and TL immediately came to mind. It would be extremely hard to break away from the modded car thing, but I may need to graduate to the next level.
